AATCC 201 FabricS Drying Rate Testing Instrument Textiles Dry Rate Testing Machine
Introduction
The drying rate tester is a fully automatic fabric drying rate testing instrument designed in accordance with the requirements of the AATCC201 testing standard in the United States. It uses high-precision temperature sensors, wind speed sensors, and a precise water droplet device to automatically complete the testing of fabric drying time and drying rate, as well as a series of data analysis tasks. This significantly improves work efficiency and measurement accuracy, reducing errors and mistakes caused by human operations.
The test host is equipped with a control panel and display screen, allowing all tests to be completed without connecting to a computer. It can also transmit data wirelessly via WiFi to a computer, with the data displayed and saved in the form of curves and charts, facilitating users' analysis and printing.
The instrument's casing is made of thickened aluminum alloy sheet, which is sturdy, durable, and does not rust.

Test principle
The instrument simulates the drying process of sweat on the fabric when the human body sweats. The fabric is placed on a heating plate with a constant temperature of 37°C. 0.2ml of water is dropped in the center of the heating plate, and a wind speed of 1.5m/s is applied to the fabric to dry the sample. The instrument measures the change in fabric temperature using an infrared temperature sensor. It determines whether the drying process is complete. The drying time is used to calculate the drying speed.
